What is the free tier really?
A real free tier, forever. 50 voice reviews a month, unlimited text reviews, every storefront feature, no credit card. If you outgrow voice volume, upgrade.
Why are voice and text counted differently?
Voice is the cost driver — it runs through Whisper transcription. Text reviews only need a cheap cleanup pass, so we don't gate them. If a customer lands on the recorder after voice is exhausted, they automatically see a type-only flow — no review is ever lost.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade is immediate via Shopify Billing, downgrade takes effect next billing cycle. No clawbacks.
How is this billed?
Through Shopify's Billing API, on the same invoice you already pay every month. No separate card on file with us.
